Meetings and Financial Records
The HOA board of directors meet on a quarterly basis. They also meet as needed when opportunities arise.
The neighborhoods annual meeting occurs on the 4th Sunday in June every year. This date is set per the Bylaws, but may be changed due to extenuating circumstances.

At each annual meeting, we will vote for upcoming board positions. If interested, please email villageatbeardenhoa@gmail.com with your interest or approach the board during the annual meeting. We are always looking to expand our board and involving as many homeowners as possible.

President - 2 Year Term - Current Term Expires 6/30/2021
Treasurer - 2 Year Term - Current Term Expires 6/30/2021
Secretary - 2 Year Term - Current Term Expries 6/30/2021
Director #1 - 3 Year Term - Current Term Expires 6/30/2022
Director #2 - 3 Year Term - Current Term Expires 6/30/2022
Director #3 - 3 Year Term - Current Term Expires 6/30/2022
Homeowners are also welcome to attend the quarterly meetings.

Financial records are maintained by the current Treasurer
Any and all records are open to homeowners and can be shared at the request of the homeowner.
