The Village at Bearden is comprised of 26 homes in a perfect area in West Hills/Bearden area.

 

The board is compiling a directory that will include all homeowners along with their basic information that will be used for emergency situations and for HOA records only.  This will ensure that the current board has the latest and most up-to-date info on the residents of the neighborhood.

 

In cases of fire, medical condition, theft, damage, natural disasters, missing children, missing pets, and other emergency situations, the HOA has access to critical information for each homeonwer that can be used to notify required individuals for any of the named reasons.  Your email address will also be used to send out a reminder about the annual meeting, and for any thefts in the area that may require a vigilant eye.

 

Each homeowner is asked to complete this secure form that will be compiled and kept in a record book in a secure location.

 

We only ask that you update when your information changes, or if you are a new homeowner to the neighborhood.
